Serving youth ages 12–24 referred by Harris County Juvenile Probation, our Juvenile Diversion Program provides an alternative to justice system involvement. We deliver a curriculum focused on goal setting, decision-making, healthy choices, and emotional well-being. Each participant also receives case management and individualized support to build resilience and reduce recidivism.

Our Youth Leadership Program is open to self-referrals from schools, families, and community members. In partnership with 5th Ward schools, we work with youth to strengthen positive behavior, improve grades, and increase attendance. Students are supported through group sessions, mentorship, and incentive-based engagement that encourages long-term success.

Through a partnership with East River Development, we provide workforce training and direct connections to local employers, including businesses in East River retail spaces. Youth gain essential skills, access to career pathways, and employment opportunities. The program also includes the CUT Closet, which offers professional and school clothing to help participants feel confident and prepared.

Our summer enrichment program engages youth in STEM activities, field experiences, and social skills training. CUT Camp provides a safe and supportive environment where participants can explore new interests, build friendships, and continue developing the life skills they need to thrive year-round.
